Truck 309, one if not the oldest truck in our fleet was tasked with unloading a 4t machine out of an open top container and relocating it into a warehouse on the Northern Beaches. She may not be the prettiest truck in the fleet however 309 is a work horse and one of the most reliable and sought after trucks. The truck can lift 7.5 tonne next to the truck or 1.3 tonne at 16m.

Last week we were tasked with relocating a 7.2m x 3.2m display show room to a new subdivision in Rosemeadow. The boys at Elite Offices are always a pleasure to work with and this bit of gear handles their buildings with ease.

Truck 64 (10 Wheeler) is seen here erecting some hoardings in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This rig is capable of lifting 10 tonne next to the truck and has front and back outriggers for extra stability.

Truck 92 was called upon earlier this month to deliver a portable building down an alley way and over the garage. This Effer 315 has 14m reach with front and back legs for stability.

Truck 28 was tasked with shifting a piece of the Berlin Wall from Blacktown to the Goethe-Institute at Wollahra. This project had many eyes on it as this piece of history was considered ‘priceless’

This was an intricate job that required the use of particular trucks, multiple site inspections, site supervisors and RIW inducted drivers.

Australian Ballet – In 2016 the Australian Ballet moved from the Sydney Opera House to the Penrith Regatta Centre. RCT was tasked with the install and demob.

Reach Crane Trucks could be found on the NACE project at Tumbi Umbi – widening the Central Coast Highway. Here was truck 18 at the time with the Effer 505 removing the last of the barriers before completing the road.

RCT spent many days and nights as part of the M4 Widening project. Part of the project was delivering and installing the substations and toll sites. In the photos attached is truck 05 (Scania with Effer 470) installing the switch rooms for the toll gantries.

In 2016 Reach Crane Trucks was contracted to work on the North West Rail Link – here is a handful of trucks delivering barriers along Windsor Rd at Rouse Hill.

There wasn’t a day that Reach Crane Trucks didn’t have a truck working on the M2 Motorway widening project. Trucks were on site shifting barriers, containers, formwork and much more.

Truck 80 was a part of a huge cable pull in Sydney CBD. (I can’t remember the project) but it went for months.
